What is the difference between Elite Life and traditional concierge services?
Elite Life's exclusive Lifestyle Management solutions have been created especially for busy people like you. As your personal Lifestyle Manager, our work can involve everything from picking up your dry cleaning to arranging the most intimate aspects of your special occasion; we will even bring you your spare set of house keys should you lock yourself out; we are here to take care of all the small details. Do you have a household maintenance issue? We do not just give you a list of names to call; we actually call them on your behalf and arrange a service time that is suitable for you. It is our way of offering you a truly Elite service.
How do I purchase services?
Time is bought in advance (with a minimum purchase of one hour) and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The more hours you buy, the less it costs you. Please contact us for more information.
Does Elite Life have a minimum notice period?
The normal notice period required when making a request is 48 hours. However, we may accept any last minute requests and advise on how the execution of the task may be affected (or not) by the short notice.
How does Elite Life track the time used on my request?
We use a comprehensive time-tracking system to ensure that your time is accurately redeemed.
Will my personal information be made available to third parties?
No, Elite Life is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and takes its clients' confidentiality very seriously. If your request requires that your details be given to a third party, then we will inform you so that you can give authorisation. Otherwise your details will never be given out to third parties.
